Description
Free Standing Spring Vibration Isolator is designed in order to damp the low frequency vibrations in air ducts, fan coils, chillers and HVAC equipment. The spring wire line of these vibration isolators are designed with proper ratio between external diameter and height. Welding is not used in connecting the LINKRAN’s coil spring to the housing of spring vibration isolators. Because welding causes stress in the welding area and leads to springs failure. Special pieces and materials are used in assembling these types of vibration isolators, such as special housing for spring, steel plate and polymer pads which increase the durability, strength and flexibility.
The maximum amount of deflection of these vibration isolators is determined based on to the equipment Revolutions per Minute (RPM). This product is not recommended for lateral loads and is manufactured in two types according to the following table to tolerate different loads
